At Cherry Hill, Santa is an employee, not an independent contractor. What that means is you are paid through weekly payroll with proper tax reporting via direct deposit. You bring the magic-we’ll handle the rest!

CHP covers your insurance for any work you are hired for. Private gigs you book fall outside that protection, so separate insurance is necessary if you book events.

Absolutely! Many of our Santas book private events in addition to their Cherry Hill assignments. Just make sure to make your recruiter aware of your needs ahead of time. We want you to make the most of your Santa season!

If you’re interested in wearing your own suit, we can inquire with your location ahead of time to check if that’s possible. Ultimately, the venue's guidelines determine what’s allowed. Cherry Hill provides two suits and an emergency backup during the season.
