The Cherry Hill Programs Santa Central Ambassador Program represents the highest standard of professional excellence within the Claus community. This selective designation honors those who lead with professionalism, heart, and a deep respect for the responsibility of being Santa and creating those moments that last a lifetime.
Ambassadors serve as trusted stewards of the magic; mentors, role models, and leaders who deliver exceptional guest experiences and represent Cherry Hill Programs with integrity in every setting.
Ambassador distinction is earned through sustained excellence not tenure alone.
Santas may apply or be nominated for Ambassador status. Each year, a limited number of Santas are thoughtfully selected through a holistic review process that considers professional conduct, guest experience, community involvement, and overall readiness to lead. Nominations may come from leadership, clients, peers, or through self-submission, and are reviewed with care to preserve the integrity and prestige of the designation
Ambassadors are recognized at one of three levels:
🥉 Bronze Ambassador
🥈 Silver Ambassador
🥇 Gold Ambassador
Ambassadors are reviewed annually to recognize continued excellence and determine eligibility for advancement to higher distinction levels. Ambassador distinction is a lifetime honor unless revoked for cause.

The Council is composed of appointed Gold Status Ambassadors and designated members of the Santa Central leadership team. Together, they steward professional standards, guide strategic development, and shape training and certification programs designed to elevate the Claus community.
Council membership is a term-based leadership appointment.
The Ambassador distinction remains permanent.
The Council office rotates.
